OFFICIAL RULES
To enter the DoorDash x NBA Tunnel Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes"), you must agree to and abide by these official rules ("Official Rules").
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. You must have Internet access and an active DoorDash account, e-mail account, and X account to participate. Winner will be randomly selected.
This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with X Corp. ("X").
1. SPONSOR: DoorDash, Inc. ("Sponsor"), 303 2nd St, Suite 800, San Francisco, CA 94107.
2. ADMINISTRATOR: Probability LLC ("Administrator"), 2 Woodstock Meadows Ln, Woodstock, NY 12498.
3. ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States or District of Columbia who meet all of the following criteria: (a) have an active, valid DoorDash account in good standing throughout the Sweepstakes Period, and (b) who are at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older). Any individuals (including but not limited to employees, consultants, independent contractors [including Dashers as well as brand ambassadors/influencers], and interns) who have, within the past six (6) months, performed services for Sponsor, Administrator, National Basketball Association ("NBA"), its Member Teams and NBA Properties, Inc. (collectively, the "NBA Entities"), and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, and their advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, "Sweepstakes Entities"), and the immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of any Sweepstakes Entity are not eligible to enter the Sweepstakes or win the prize. "Immediate family members" shall mean spouse, mother, father, in-laws, grandmother, grandfather, brother, sister, children and grandchildren, and step relationships of the foregoing, regardless of where they live. "Household members" shall mean people who share the same residence at least three (3) months a year, whether related or not. In addition, persons who are currently involved in any capacity with any U.S. Professional Men’s Basketball team (including but not limited to U.S. Professional Men’s Basketball players, coaches, front office members and their staff) are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes or win the prize. Void where prohibited, taxed or otherwise restricted by law.
4. SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY: For eligible individuals, the Sweepstakes will be live for twenty-four (24) hours, starting at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on Monday, February 23, 2026, and ending at 12:00 PM ET on Tuesday, February 24, 2026 ("Sweepstakes Period"). For purposes of these Official Rules, all times and days are Eastern Time. Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.
HOW TO ENTER: During the Sweepstakes Period, Sponsor will post one (1) post ("Sweepstakes Post" or “Post") referencing Josh Hart’s DoorDash Bag on the Sponsor’s X (formerly known as Twitter) account during the Sweepstakes Period.

Your Comment along with the Sweepstakes Hashtags will constitute your entry ("Entry") into the Sweepstakes. The term "Sweepstakes Entry" includes any text that accompanies the Sweepstakes Hashtags and Comment. Do NOT include personal information (e.g., your name, e-mail address or phone number) in the Comment. Your Sweepstakes Entry must be limited to the reply section of a Sweepstakes Post; if you post/re-post the Sweepstakes Post on your X account or elsewhere, it will not result in Sweepstakes Entry or improve your chances of winning the prize (assuming that the Comment was also posted in response to the Sweepstakes Post as per these Official Rules).
BY POSTING A COMMENT WITH THE HASHTAGS #DOORDASHINYOURBAG and #SWEEPSTAKES, YOU ARE INDICATING THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD AND FULLY AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES.
Partial or incomplete/piecemeal submissions (e.g., submitting a Comment without the Sweepstakes Hashtags or failure to follow @doordash will NOT BE ACCEPTED AS A SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY. Your X account must be set to public during the Sweepstakes Period. If your X account is set to "protected mode" your updates/responses may not be visible in Sponsor's feed and, thus, may not be received by Sponsor unless you previously consented to permit @DoorDash to see your X updates. Your X account may be set back to “protected mode” any time after the Winner has been announced.
If you do not have an X account, you can visit X.com/signup or download the X app on a compatible device from the iTunes App Store or Google Play and create an X account according to the instructions on the website/app. Creating an X account is free. Please note that you must agree to comply with the X Terms of Service in order to create an X account.
Post must be created for the sole purpose of this Sweepstakes and must be posted by the entrant. To be eligible for the Sweepstakes, Entries must be submitted in compliance with the format and other requirements set forth by X.
If you don’t have a DoorDash account, you may sign up for one for free by visiting http://www.doordash.com or download the DoorDash app on a compatible device from the iTunes App Store or Google Play and create a DoorDash account according to the instructions on the website/app.
You may only use one (1) X account to participate in the Sweepstakes. If you opt to access X via your wireless mobile device (only available via participating wireless carriers), data rates may apply for each message sent or received from your handset according to the terms and conditions of your service agreement with your wireless carrier. Other charges may apply (such as normal airtime and carrier charges as well as charges for wireless Internet access) and may appear on your mobile phone bill or be deducted from your prepaid account balance. Wireless carriers' rate plans may vary, and you should contact your wireless carrier for more information on messaging rate plans and charges relating to your participation in this Sweepstakes. Mobile device service may not be available in all areas. Check your phone's capabilities for specific instructions.
By submitting your Entry, you grant Sponsor and its designees the use of your name, biographical information, image and/or likeness for advertising, publicity and promotional purposes in any and all media, now or hereafter known, worldwide and on the Internet (including without limitation, for posting on the official social media accounts for the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes), and in perpetuity by Sponsor and its designees, without compensation (except to the extent prohibited by law) or additional consents and without prior notice, approval or inspection, and to execute specific written consent to such use if asked to do so. In all cases, Sponsor reserves the right to request proof of these permissions in a form acceptable to Sponsor/Administrator from you at any time, including but not limited to, during the winner verification process described herein. Failure to provide such proof, if requested, may result in your disqualification, at Sponsor’s/Administrator's sole discretion. Do NOT include your or anyone else’s personal information (e.g., residential address, e-mail address or phone number) in the Comment comprising the Entry.
LIMIT ONE (1) ENTRY PER PERSON. Multiple entries in excess of this limitation or mass entry attempts may result in disqualification of all entries by such a person. Entries must be manually key-stroked; use of automated entry devices or programs is prohibited. Once submitted, an Entry cannot be modified by Entrant, and will not be returned.
6. ADDITIONAL ENTRY RULES AND RESTRICTIONS:
By submitting an Entry, each Entrant grants Sponsor and its designees a perpetual, non-exclusive, irrevocable, fully-paid, royalty-free, sub-licensable and transferable (in whole or part) worldwide license to use, reproduce, transmit, display, exhibit, distribute, create derivative works based upon, publicly perform and otherwise exploit the Entry, in whole or in part, in all media formats and channels now known or hereafter devised for any and all purposes including entertainment, news, advertising, promotional, marketing, publicity, trade or commercial purposes, all without further notice to the Entrant, with or without attribution, and without the requirement of any permission from or payment to the Entrant or to any other person or entity. Potential Winner may be required to sign a Grant of Rights and Release conveying the above rights in order to be confirmed as the Winner.
By submitting an Entry, each Entrant agrees to grant Sponsor and its designees the right to use of Entrant’s name, biographical information, photograph, image and/or likeness for programming, advertising, publicity and promotional purposes in any and all media, now or hereafter known, worldwide and on the Internet, and in perpetuity by Sponsor and its designees, without compensation (to the fullest extent permitted by law) or additional consents and without prior notice, approval or inspection, and to execute specific written consent to such use if asked to do so.
An Entry may not contain, and Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may disqualify and/or petition the applicable social media platform to remove any Entry that contains any content that: (1) violates any law or regulation (2) violates or infringes any right of any third party, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, such as but not limited to rights of copyright, trademark or patent, or rights of publicity or privacy; (3) is defamatory, slanderous, libelous, scandalous or obscene (including content that disparages any of the NBA Entities); (4) contains any third person’s personal information, such as complete personal names or e-mail addresses; (5) contains any virus, bugs, or other deleterious material; (6) embodies the names or likenesses of any individuals other than Entrant; (7) is sexually explicit; violent or derogatory of any ethnic, racial, gender, religious, professional or age group; profane or pornographic; contains nudity; (8) promotes alcohol, illegal drugs, tobacco, firearms/weapons (or the use of any of the foregoing); (9) promotes any activities that may appear illegal, unsafe or dangerous ; promotes any particular political agenda or message; (10) is obscene or offensive; (11) communicates messages or images inconsistent with the reputation, image and/or goodwill of Sponsor or any other entity or person affiliated with this Sweepstakes or NBA Entities; or (12) is otherwise inappropriate, objectionable, or unsuitable for the uses contemplated in these Official Rules, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
SWEEPSTAKES ENTRIES REPRESENT SOLELY THE VIEWS/OPINIONS OF THE ENTRANT AND DO NOT REFLECT THE VIEWS/OPINIONS OF SPONSOR IN ANY MANNER. SPONSOR IS ACTING AS A PASSIVE CONDUIT FOR THE POSTING/PUBLICATION OF SWEEPSTAKES ENTRIES AND HAS NO OBLIGATION TO, AND EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL LIABILITY IN CONJUNCTION WITH, SCREENING, MONITORING OR REVIEWING THE CONTENT OF SWEEPSTAKES ENTRIES. SPONSOR WILL NOT EDIT OR MODIFY SWEEPSTAKES ENTRIES IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES.
6. RANDOM DRAWING/SELECTION OF WINNER/ODDS: One (1) Potential winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about March 10, 2026 from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Entry Period. Random drawing will be conducted by the Administrator, an independent judging organization/administrator, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters related to the Sweepstakes.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
7. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential winner will be notified via X by direct or private message by Sponsor/Administrator (@DoorDash) within three (3) business days from the random drawing date. IT IS THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF ENTRANT TO CONFIRM THAT THEIR PRIVACY SETTINGS FOR X, ALLOW FOR SPONSOR TO NOTIFY THEM VIA DIRECT MESSAGE IF THEY ARE SELECTED AS THE POTENTIAL WINNER. The direct message will request that the potential winner e-mail the Sponsor/Administrator at the specified e-mail address. Failure to respond to the initial verification notice within forty-eight (48) hours after notification will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected.
Potential winner may be required to complete, sign and return within three (3) business days of transmission, an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and Indemnification/Publicity Release where allowed by law, as well as other documents that Sponsor may require (collectively the “Prize Claim Documents”). Failure to return the completed and signed Prize Claim Documents within the indicated time period (as applicable) may result in disqualification, prize forfeiture and selection of an alternate potential winner from among all remaining eligible entries received for the applicable drawing.
In the event of any dispute concerning the identity of any entrant, the entry will be deemed submitted by the natural person who is the Authorized Account Holder of the e-mail address associated with the corresponding X account used to enter the Sweepstakes, and such individual must comply with these rules. "Authorized Account Holder'' is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.
8. PRIZE/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE ("ARV"): One (1) Grand Prize: One (1) Winner will receive the DoorDash Bag that is featured on the Post and a signed Josh Hart jersey (“Prize”). ARV: $1,500.00.
In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any promotional materials and the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall prevail and govern.
9. ADDITIONAL PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Exact size and type of jersey (i.e., home, away or alternate) shall be determined at Sponsor/NBA's sole discretion. There is no ARV associated with the autograph on the jersey. ARV does not represent re-sale value of autographed jersey. Jersey will not be customized or game-used and may not be accompanied by a certificate of authenticity. Prize is not redeemable for cash or transferable. No substitutions allowed, except as set forth in these Official Rules and at Sponsor/NBA Entities’ sole discretion, a prize of comparable or equal value will be provided. Prize will be only shipped to Winner at a street address in the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia. Prize elements may ship separately. Sponsor/Administrator will not replace any lost, mutilated or stolen prize elements or any prize element that is undeliverable or does not reach Winner because of an incorrect or changed address or other contact information. Allow up to eight (8) weeks after completion of Prize Claim Document for delivery of Prize. Tracking numbers will NOT be provided. Prize (or portion thereof) returned as undeliverable may be forfeited. Actual prize elements may differ from images of same in Sweepstakes advertising, including the Sweepstakes Post, with Sponsor and Administrator disclaiming any and all liability in conjunction therewith.
Sponsor makes no warranties, and hereby disclaims any and all warranties, express or implied, concerning the Prize or any portion thereof or that are furnished by third parties in connection with the Sweepstakes. WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, PRIZE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND SPONSOR AND NBA ENTITIES HEREBY DISCLAIM ALL SUCH WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND/OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
NBA Entities are not responsible for administering this Sweepstakes or selecting the winner.
All applicable federal, state and/or local taxes are the sole responsibility of the Prize Winner, who may receive an IRS Form 1099 (and any analogous or similar state tax form) as required reflecting the actual final retail value of the Prize. Winner must submit a validly executed IRS form W-9. Winner further agrees to otherwise fully cooperate with Sponsor/Administrator as to their compliance with governmental tax-reporting requirements. Prize Winner agrees to fully cooperate with Sponsor/Administrator in connection with the fulfillment of all governmental tax and other reporting requirements, including but not limited to, Sponsor’s reporting of such winning to the U.S. Internal Revenue Service and other state or local tax agencies (as required by law).
Entrants and Winner each irrevocably waive all claims against the NBA Entities and agree that the NBA Entities will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in this Sweepstakes or the Prize awarded. The NBA Entities have not offered or sponsored this Sweepstakes in any way.
10. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for failed, partial or garbled computer transmissions, or for technical failures of any kind affecting the Sweepstakes in any manner, including but not limited to electronic malfunction or damage of any network, hardware or software. In the event of any discrepancy between the provisions of these Official Rules and any marketing materials (including any prize descriptions), the provisions of these Official Rules shall prevail and govern. If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or technical failures beyond any Released Party’s control that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes (including entries or otherwise), Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual, whether or not the individual is a participant in the Sweepstakes, who tampers with the entry process, and to terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to conduct the Sweepstakes and award Prize for affected drawing(s) by means of a random drawing from among all non-suspect online/App eligible entries received for affected drawing(s) prior to and/or after (as appropriate) the action taken by Sponsor as well as all eligible mail-in entries received for affected drawing(s) or otherwise in a manner which is fair, appropriate and consistent with these Official Rules, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Notice of termination/modification/suspension of Sweepstakes will be posted on DoorDash's website, on DoorDash's X account (x.com/doordash) and will be posted in app. No responsibility is assumed by any Released Party for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or loss, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries; or any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or electronic entry or participation to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website/platform (including the app), or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to any person's computer or mobile device related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials from this Sweepstakes. Failure of Sponsor or Administrator to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute the waiver of such provision. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
Persons entering the Sweepstakes further agree not to knowingly damage or cause interruption of the Sweepstakes and/or prevent others from participating in the Sweepstakes. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DAMAGE ANY ONLINE SERVICE, WEBSITE, APP OR PLATFORM OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES VIOLATES CRIMINAL OR CIVIL LAWS. IF SUCH AN ATTEMPT IS MADE, SPONSOR MAY DISQUALIFY ANY PERSON, WHETHER OR NOT THE INDIVIDUAL IS A PARTICIPANT IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, MAKING SUCH ATTEMPT AND SEEK DAMAGES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.
11. GOVERNING LAW, JURISDICTION, AND SEVERABILITY: Except as set out below, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrants’ rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of State of California, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. By entering, entrants agree to the jurisdiction and venue of the state and local courts located in San Francisco County, California and the federal courts located in the Northern District of California for the resolution of all disputes, and agree that any and all disputes shall be resolved exclusively in those courts. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision. If any provision of these Official Rules is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck, and the remaining provisions shall be enforced. In the event of a conflict between these Official Rules and any marketing materials, these Official Rules will govern.
12. RELEASE OF LIABILITY: By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Administrator, NBA Entities, as well as each of their parent companies, subsidiaries and affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, partners and representatives and each of their respective successors, representatives and assigns, as well as X Corp. (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all actions, claims, injury, loss or damage arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, from participation in this Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related activity or travel, and/or acceptance, receipt, possession or use/misuse of any Prize.
13. PUBLICITY GRANT: By entering, entrants also authorize the Sponsor, NBA Entities and their respective designees to use their name, voice, likeness, photograph, Prize information (if applicable), biographical data and city and state of residence in programming, advertising and/or promotional material or on a Winner’s list (if applicable) without further compensation, notification or permission, to the extent permitted by law. Sponsor is not obligated to use any of the above-mentioned information or materials but may do so and may edit such information or materials, at Sponsor's or NBA Entities’ (as applicable) sole discretion, without obligation or compensation.
14. DISPUTES; ARBITRATION/CHOICE OF LAW: Except where prohibited, entrants agree that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or the awarding of Prize/determination of the Winner, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by arbitration pursuant to these Official Rules of JAMS, then effective (notwithstanding the foregoing, entrant shall not be precluded from seeking relief in small claims court for disputes/claims within the scope of the jurisdiction of small claims court and any remedies available to entrant under applicable federal, state or local law remain available to entrant and are not waived pursuant to this section); (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred (if any), including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (c) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket costs, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and any and all rights to injunctive relief. The arbitrator hearing such dispute/claim/cause of action shall be neutral and the entrant will have a reasonable opportunity to participate in the selection of the arbitrator. Such arbitration will take place at a location near the entrant’s residence and the entrant has the right to an in-person hearing in the arbitration proceeding, if desired. The arbitration will allow for discovery and/or exchange of non-privileged information between entrant and Sponsor. Should an entrant initiate arbitration pursuant to this section, the entrant shall be responsible for JAMS’s fees to do so (approximately, $250), with all other costs of such arbitration being borne solely by Sponsor. If entrant is a California resident and Sponsor prevails in such arbitration, such entrant will not be responsible for Sponsor’s costs and fees in conjunction with the arbitration proceeding; BUT, IN ALL OTHER CASES, ENTRANT WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SUCH COSTS/FEES IF REQUIRED BY THE ARBITRATOR’S RULING. For the avoidance of doubt, the requirement to arbitrate disputes pursuant to this section is reciprocal and binding both upon entrants and Sponsor. IN AGREEING TO ARBITRATION, YOU ARE GIVING UP YOUR RIGHT TO TRIAL IN A COURT OF LAW. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and/or Released Parties in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California, without regard for conflicts of law doctrine of California or any other jurisdiction.
15. PRIVACY & PERSONAL INFORMATION: Any personally identifiable information collected during an entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes will be collected by Sponsor or its designee and used by Sponsor for the proper administration and fulfillment of the Sweepstakes and as otherwise described in these Official Rules, and in accordance with Sponsor’s Consumer Privacy Policy available at https://help.doordash.com/consumers/s/privacy-policy-us?language=en_US.
16. WINNER’S NAME: For the Winner’s name, mail a separate, self-addressed, stamped envelope to: DoorDash x NBA Tunnel Sweepstakes, c/o Probability, P.O. Box 1559, Social Circle, GA 30025-1559, for receipt by March 31, 2026.
