PAI: Inspired by the flavours of her hometown, Chef Nuit Regular brings Michelin-recommended Northern Thai cuisine to Toronto, serving authentic classics like khao soi, grabong squash fritters, and her signature pad Thai.
Gusto 101: For over a decade, Gusto 101 has been serving tasty, modern takes on Southern Italian classics like grilled octopus and wood-fired pizzas from a repurposed garage in the heart of downtown Toronto.
Chubby’s Jamaican Kitchen: Each bite showcases the warmth and vibrancy of Jamaica’s culture, melding old and new tastes through dishes including grilled snapper, pepper shrimp, and jerk chicken.
