Today, the City of Chicago announced the resolution of a lawsuit against DoorDash over discontinued business practices.
We’re pleased to have settled this years-old lawsuit with the City of Chicago. To be clear, this settlement isn’t an admission of wrongdoing and the allegations in this lawsuit focus on business practices that no longer exist.
At DoorDash, we are always listening to feedback and seeking to provide a better experience for everyone who uses our platform. Over the past few years, we’ve worked hard to improve our platform and deliver a better and fairer experience to merchants, consumers and Dashers.
