DoorDash ended its relationship with all marketing cooperatives in 2020, and we’re pleased to have resolved this years-old matter. This settlement arises out of a single incident involving a vendor over four years ago, the same month the California Consumer Privacy Act went into effect, and the terms reflect our good faith and deep commitment to privacy.

Does DoorDash continue to work with marketing co-ops?
No. DoorDash no longer works with marketing co-ops, and has not since 2020.

Which users were impacted?
Only basic consumer information was shared. No merchant or Dasher data was shared with co-ops.

What kind of information was shared?
The data shared - against our request - was limited to non-sensitive consumer information such as name, delivery address and basic transaction information such as the amount. No sensitive personal information was shared.
