Short-form videos from local creators are now live in the DoorDash app — so consumers can preview dishes before they order, from preparation style to portion size. This helpful content from food lovers helps you explore local favorites in cities like Atlanta, Austin, Miami and San Francisco, with more rolling out through the end of the year.
Want to contribute? We’re calling on foodies who love sharing their favorites to apply to be a DoorDash Creator. Record short videos of meals you love, and get compensated for sharing qualifying content. Applications to become a DoorDash creator are open in 20+ cities nationwide at creator.doordash.com.

Discover something new on Yelp? Consumers can now go from browsing Yelp reviews to placing their order on DoorDash with a tap—simply hit the delivery button on Yelp to get it delivered.
Get personalized recommendations with the help of AI
With AI-curated picks based on past orders, cravings, and dietary needs, consumers will now see food recommendations tailored to their tastes – from fish tacos and falafel bowls to bagel sandwiches and more. The app learns what you love, and brings more of it to you with helpful suggestions.
And before checkout, "Complement your Cart" suggests personalized additions to your grocery cart – making it easier to find relevant add-ons, round out your recipes, and complete your shopping list quickly. Because nachos without cheese are just chips.
Smarter discovery, powered by AI
New AI-powered smart tags help surface exactly what you’re looking for — like vegetarian or high-protein dishes. These helpful tags appear on a restaurant’s menu so you can easily filter to find the dish that best fits your needs. These labels are now available to consumers across the U.S., Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.
